Analyzing registered small molecules for composition and purity is an important step in the small molecule drug development workflow. We’ve created a few new apps that are focused on helping scientists improve and simplify the analysis process.
New Small Molecule Applications
We’ve added a new set of small molecule applications to the Platform for Science Marketplace. These apps will help scientists improve their workflows by providing the means to upload spectra and peak information from a variety of instruments and analytical chemistry techniques.
The HPLC Analysis app supports labs using high-performance liquid chromatography by capturing analytical data while tracking diagnostic information for HPLC instruments.
For labs using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GCMS) to identify substances within a test sample, the GCMS Analysis app can analyze spectra and peak information and create report on a variety of analytics.
If you’re using a liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LCMS) technique, we have you covered, too. The LCMS Analysis app can analyze the same data and provide the same reports, but is specifically designed for those using an LCMS system.
The MALDI-TOF Analysis app helps labs who are using a matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization (MALDI) technique as part of their small molecule development process. This app assists scientists with reporting details such as peak heights, purities and MWs for each MALDI-TOF run.
Other Applications for Small Molecule Workflows

Core’s apps are built to work together, ensuring end-to-end sample and sample tracking across experiments, assays, and processes.
