News out of the Core Informatics User Group Meeting, Launch2014
Core Informatics is focused on providing our customers with the highest level of support. As our customers increase adoption of Core Informatics products to support their businesses, we have been working to expand our support offerings to include new tools and processes which will scale along with customer growth and development.
Core Informatics has embraced Zendesk a best in class SaaS based Customer Service platform to expand support operations. Through a unified platform, Core Informatics has brought together all channels of communication and information sharing, now available in a new unified platform called the Help Center. Zendesk is already power customer support centers for over 45,000 clients worldwide, including innovative companies such as AirBnB, Uber, Red Bull and Adobe.
The new Core Informatics Help Center is at the center of our service offering. The Help Center is a community based site which provides resources to customers including product release information, documentation, a knowledge base and an FAQ. This centralized approach allows customers to access information as well as manage requests and communicate with Support Specialists. In addition, the newly established Core Informatics Customer Community provides a forum for customers to share ideas and request features that shape the Core Informatics products.
Core Informatics will be rolling out the Help Center to customers throughout the month of October.
